Article 1 – Organising Company

BALNIA SAS, a company with a capital of €10,000 , registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number 993 347 905 , whose registered office is located at 2 rue des Commeres, Coignières 78310 , is organizing a prize draw with a purchase requirement, running from February 1, 2026 at 7:00 PM to April 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM on the website www.balnia.fr .

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

2.1

The game is open to any individual of legal age, or a minor with the authorization of a legal representative, residing in metropolitan France , Switzerland , Belgium , Luxembourg , Spain , Guadeloupe , Martinique , La Réunion and Portugal , with access to the Internet.

The following are excluded from participation:

• the employees of the Organising Company,
• their family members,
• any person who participated directly or indirectly in the organization of the game.

2.2

There is no limit to the number of entries per household.

2.3

The Organising Company reserves the right to carry out any necessary checks regarding the identity and contact details of the participants.

Article 3 – Participation Procedures

Participation in the game is exclusively via the BALNIA brand website: www.balnia.fr .

To participate, the participant must purchase one of the following packages:

Silver Pack 1

• 1 pair of Balnia anniversary gloves
• Price: €37.99 (VAT included)
• Entitles you to: 1 entry

Pack 2 Gold

• 1 pair of Balnia anniversary gloves
• 1 Balnia shadow spider hood
• Price: €64.99 (VAT included)
• Entitles you to: 3 entries

Premium Pack 3

• 1 pair of Balnia anniversary gloves
• 1 Balnia shadow spider hood
• 1 Balnia beanie
• 2 Balnia holographic stickers
• Price: €89.99 (VAT included)
• Entitles you to: 6 entries

Each purchase automatically enters you into the prize draw. Participants are identified by the billing information provided during checkout. Participants can purchase any pack as many times as they wish, either in a single order or across multiple separate orders.

The sale of packs can continue from 07/04/2026 but it will no longer give the possibility to participate in this game.

The participant is identified by their billing information used during the order process; this means that the first and last name used in the billing details identify the participant. If one of the winners does not respond to emails or calls from the Organizing Company before April 30, 2026 , the alternate designated by the bailiff will be declared the winner. If the alternate cannot be reached after May 30, 2026 , the prize will be reassigned in a future contest organized by the Organizing Company.

Article 4 – Selection of winners

A draw will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026, to select 3 winners . Alternates will be designated in case a winner cannot be contacted or refuses the prize.

Article 5 – Endowments

The prizes up for grabs are as follows:

1st batch

• A Yamaha 125 YZ 2026 – 70th Anniversary motocross bike, brand new (not street legal), colour: white, black and red.
• Indicative retail value: €9,000 including VAT

2nd batch

• Brand new orange iPhone 17 Pro
• Indicative retail value: €1,350 including VAT

3rd batch

• Brand new white and black PlayStation 5
• Indicative retail value: €500 (including VAT)

The prizes offered cannot give rise, on the part of the winners, to any dispute of any kind, nor to the delivery of their equivalent value in cash, nor to monetary compensation, nor to their replacement or exchange for any reason whatsoever, except within the framework of the warranty of the equipment which benefits from it.

If necessary, BALNIA reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, all or part of the prizes offered. It also reserves the right to replace the planned prize with another of the same nature, having the same technical specifications, and of equal or greater value. Winners may not claim any monetary compensation from BALNIA in this regard.

The organizing company cannot be held responsible if the prize is damaged during transport, which is the responsibility of the winner. It disclaims all liability regarding the condition and/or quality of the prize upon delivery. Prizes are delivered as is; the organizing company will not be held responsible for any fines incurred by the winner or any other person for unregulated driving or the presence of non-approved accessories on the motorcycle.

Article 6 – Awarding of prizes

Winners will be contacted by email and/or telephone within 24 hours of the draw. Any winner who does not respond within 30 days of being contacted will forfeit their prize, which may be awarded to an alternate winner or in a future contest.

The 2026 YZ 125 70th Anniversary motocross bike offered as a prize is not street legal and therefore does not require a driver's license or insurance to claim. The winner is solely responsible for the use of the prize and agrees to comply with all applicable regulations.

The Organizing Company accepts no responsibility for the use, transport, or exploitation of the prize after it has been awarded. Prizes will be handed to the winners in person whenever possible. If this is not possible, and circumstances prevent physical delivery, the prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the winners, with all shipping costs covered by the Organizing Company.

Article 7 – Personal Data

The personal data collected for this game is necessary for managing entries and awarding prizes. In accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR), each participant has the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete their data by contacting: contact@balnia.fr . The data is retained for the duration of the game and for a maximum of 3 years .

Article 8 – Responsibility

The Organising Company cannot be held responsible:

• technical problems related to the Internet network
• loss or delay of mail or emails,
• of the use of the prizes by the winners.

Article 9 – Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the game in the event of force majeure or necessity.

Article 10 – Applicable Law and Disputes

These regulations are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts within the district where the Organising Company's registered office is located.

Article 11 – Filing of the regulations

Participation in this game implies full and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in these rules.
